Infuser Refund & Return Policy
Our goal at Mosi is to help you fall in love with tea. We strive to make it easy for you to discover and enjoy teas. Our infusers come with a 30-day money-back guarantee* for orders purchased on www.mositea.com and www.amazon.com. For orders purchased on crowdfunding websites such as Kickstarter or IndieGoGo, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Amazon - You can return eligible items purchased on Amazon.com directly from your Amazon account.
MosiTea.com - You can create a return directly in our returns portal here.
* We accept returns for purchases made at www.mositea.com or www.amazon.com for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of your infuser.
- Shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
- Unused items in their original packaging qualify for a complete refund, minus shipping charges.
- A fee of $10 for cleaning and restocking will be applied to used products.
- Returns originating from Hawaii, Alaska, or the outlying US regions and territories as well as international, will incur shipping fees to cover the additional costs associated with shipping to and from these locations. VAT taxes for EU orders may also be incurred. Such costs will be shared with you and deducted from your final refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of your items back to our fulfillment center. Refunds take 3-5 days depending on your bank, but you will receive a notification from us once your refund has been processed.
- Please be aware that if you decide to return all items from your order, excluding the complimentary item, a charge equivalent to the full price of the free item will be incurred.
Infuser Product Warranty
Mosi infuser purchases are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is present, we will repair and/or replace the defective part or product. A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s workmanship or function that is present at the time the product is received. Manufacturing defects do not include temporary cosmetic defects which may include condensation or slight discoloring from product use. Given international tariffs and duties, shipping, VAT taxes, tariffs, and duties may not be fully covered by Mosi for product replacement due to manufacturing defects.
For damaged or missing products, please take a picture of the items received in their original condition and contact us here ASAP. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages caused by any of the following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and are not covered by our guarantee:
- Temporary condensation
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching)
- Staining caused by colored teas, coffees, sunscreen, citrus, or other elements
- Melting resulting from overheating
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Slight bubbling on the top and bottom silicone pads
We do not guarantee products that:
- Have not been used in coordination with our Instructions.
- Any product that has been modified or self-repaired.
- Were purchased as pre-owned, refurbished, or sold as seen.
- Were purchased via an unauthorized reseller.
What is covered:
- Adds-ons that do not screw on correctly.
- Seal failure where the inner wall detaches from the outer wall or if a crack between walls is apparent.
- Heat distortion where infuser walls are raised and distorted.
- Cracking around the opening or on the bottom of the infuser.
Order Processing
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before they ship, this does not include holidays, weekends, or government holidays. Orders ship from Raleigh, NC. Transit times may vary depending on the delivery location of a package.
