How do I make sure my tea doesn't become bitter or my coffee doesn't have grinds when using the all-in-one infuser?Updated a year ago

To avoid a bitter taste in your tea or coffee grinds in your drink using our all-in-one infuser, it is essential to use the infuser basket properly. 

Our infusers are designed to allow for precise brewing times. Once your tea or coffee has reached the optimal strength, you can flip the infuser upright so it no longer sits in the water to prevent over-steeping.

For tea, it means you can steep the leaves for the right amount of time and then flipping the infuser so that the leaves can be used multiple times without making your tea bitter. 

For coffee, make sure to fix the sifter firmly to avoid grinds falling through.
